SMS and carrier charges
If the App sends an automatic SMS, your mobile carrier's text or data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Not for emergency, life-safety, or monitoring use

We make no warranty that reminders, notifications, or SMS messages will be delivered on time, at all, or in any specific order, and we are not responsible for missed, delayed, or undelivered communications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
